LWF provides financial grants to missionaries, helping them achieve their goals, as well as spending time with children and their families during hospital stays.

...and we would rather be away from the body, and home with the Lord.

We exist to use our time and talents to serve others in a way that is pleasing to God and to honor the life of Mario Pierson Garza.


November 2018 - LWF and several members of the New York Yankees prepared and sent gift bags filled with medicine and other essentials to Venezuela.

January 2018 - 4th Annual Little Warrior Foundation Baseball Camp

January 2017 - 3rd Annual Little Warrior Foundation Baseball Camp took place in Titusville, FL.  We appreciate the continued support of Indian River City Little League.

November 2016 
LWF board members teamed up with Score International to participate in a short term mission trip to Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. While in Boca Chica, they visited orphanages and took part in free baseball clinics where the Gospel is shared with hundreds of children throughout the greater Santo Domingo surrounding area.  

2015- present – LWF continues support of former New York Yankees player Rob Lyerly and family on the mission field with Score International.

January 2014 -
Super Luke Baseball Camp  in Jacksonville, FL was a tremendous success.  LWF was able to provide a financial gift to the family of "Super Luke" thanks to the hard work of the many involved.

July 2013 -
LWF sent a team into St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL for its 1st "Capes and Crowns" hospital visit.  It was a tremendous success!

 April 2013 -
LWF teamed up with Crosswalk Community Church (Titusville,FL) and sponsored a missionary on a trip to Clarkston, GA.  While in Clarkston, this group shared the Gospel and hope for many struggling refugee families.
